A Complex Estate Across Multiple Provinces
A family came to us following the death of a parent who owned properties in both Bangkok and Chiang Rai, with no will in place. Three adult children held different views on how the estate should be split.
We began with separate meetings with each sibling to understand their positions fully. We then brought the family together for facilitated mediation, reaching a division agreement after two sessions. Probate filings for both properties followed.
